For those not aware, we do have CrossFit Kids going on Monday-Thursday. If you are interested in finding out more, contact us 752-8998, or just talk to Kevin or myself in the gym! If you haven’t seen a class, it’s worth coming to see this program, these kids are awesome!

WOD: 3 rounds of

3 minutes to complete

run 250m
5 Burpees
AMRAP KB swings

rest 1 minute

Level II – 10 burpees

* With 3 minutes on the clock, you must complete a 250m run, then 5 or 10 burpees, then finish with an AMRAP of KB swings with the remainder of the 3 minutes. Rest 1 minute, then repeat. Score is total number of KB swings.
